Stephanie Schutt has been an educator for over 30 years. She is a former music teacher, school counselor, summer principal, district facilitator, and Oklahoma State Department of Education school improvement specialist.
Stephanie has spent the bulk of her career in the state of Iowa and has been working with student behavior systems in a variety of roles since 1998. In 2006, Stephanie was named Iowa Elementary School Counselor of the Year.
For the past 4 years, she has been employed with Oklahoma City Public Schools as a District Lead School Climate Specialist. In this role, she collaborates with district leaders, administrators, teachers and other support personnel to develop and refine positive student behavior systems.
